Creating folder in OS 9

Hi Alain,

thanks, at least someone's getting it to work.

My problem is with MC 2.4.3, though, so I'm wondering if the classic 
build of 2.4.3 had a small bug in it regarding this.  Can anyone else 
confirm this for me?
