Win98 Issue - Launch App on Remote Volume

Yes, that's the current code I'm using, which returns "not opened".  I also
tried shell which returns empty as if successful, but the app doesn't
launch.

If you have Win98, I'd be curious to know if you can get an MC app running
from a network volume to launch another app located on the same network
volume.
