Proposed Icons for MC

Excellent, Scott! Thank you.

Now, who wants to add those into the answer dialog with the approriate 
logic?

We might want to give some thought to image IDs, for Rev compatibility 
where practical and to avoid conflicts with current images IDs.
Suggestions?
