Oh, well, I stepped into a problem.

If I type a script with errors (even blatant ones, such as typing 

anwer "hello" -without an "s"), the script editor doesn't do anything to 
prevent them. I can apply, save or close the script without any warning.

If I execute the script, the execution error dialog appears, but it does 
nothing when its "script..." button is pressed.
