cute palette for OS X for all versions of MC

Hi all,


my cute little palette is now availlable for OS X
and ALL versions of MC.

I just remove some 2.5 specific features like "sheet" dialogs
(Love that ;-)

Will of course work with OS 9xx, but does not look SO good
on OS 9.xx as in OS X... ;-)

Feel free to modify it to your needs...
