ClipperX 1.0 beta4 released.

Hi Everyone,

Back from easter hollidays and a new much improved version of this handy
clipboard editor is released: 1.0b4. Many improvements... The graphic
clipboards remain to be improved and debugged alas... The text clipboard
editor is just beyond my own expectations!

Since I just updated my website with PHPNuke 6.5, i got some problems with
php's magic quotes. thanks for any bug reports on that too ;)
