"get line -1 of x" returns the last line of x. Line -2 would be the second to 
last, etc. It's just counting back from the end- IOW, line 5 is the 5th from 
the front, and line -5 is the 5th from the back.

Negative chunk expressions work with a slew of other things also- chars, 
words, items, etc.
