To play Devil's Advocate... it was a sheer stroke of luck that I even 
knew about it.  I did not see it advertised on the Metacard website. 
And it wasn't readily noticeable on the Revolution website.  Someone 
posted the info to a newsgroup, a mention in passing, and that is the 
only way I knew about it.

I would guess that many, many others out there simply do not know. 
Else they would :-)
