Modal windows

Sorry, I mis-typed. If I set the decorations to "none", I still have a
titlebar. If I set the decorations to empty, I get a borderless window.

I want a standard, modal dialog with borders and no titlebar. Doesn't
seem possible, but I was sure I'd done it before. Could this be a recent
change in the engine?
